Massachusetts: use the official PAC finder
This page does not list agent names. MassWildlife’s public finder at Find a Problem Animal Control agent is a map and list widget. Retrieved 2026-08-30, the page HTML does not include agent names, towns, or phone numbers, and no public JSON/CSV roster was available to transcribe. Inventing names would be worse than an empty list. Use Mass.gov.
Licensed Problem Animal Control (PAC) agents can be hired by landowners when a wild animal is damaging property or posing a safety threat. PAC agents are not the same as municipal animal-control officers, who mainly handle domestic animals. Paid problem-animal work in Massachusetts requires the PAC license.
Before you hire, read when to hire a licensed operator.
