Clallam County, Washington — pumpers and inspectors
Two county PDFs. Pumpers and O&M inspectors are separate licenses. The O&M PDF says a septic pumping is not an inspection, and that only designers may do specified permit inspections.
Use the list that matches the job
- Pump-out — licensed pumper table.
- Routine O&M or many property-sale system status reports — licensed inspection and maintenance provider table.
- Food-service permitting, building permits, boundary line adjustments, lot combinations, land divisions, conditional use — designer table. The PDF says only septic designers can perform those inspections.
