The table below lists 16 in-state commercial, independent, and regional laboratories from Kentucky DOW’s 2025 KY Certified Drinking Water Laboratory List, Revised 4/28/2025 (Greenup CHD mirror; official Documents path was unavailable at retrieve time). Municipal plant labs and state government labs are omitted. Commercial private-well acceptance is unknown except where noted — call before you collect water.
